Route: Budapest > Toulouse > Venice
Aircraft: Fokker 100
While the orchestra’s tour manager reassessed the tour to ensure it was still financially viable with the lost revenue from the cancelled Swiss shows, our team quickly revised the route to depart from an earlier performance in Budapest. We sourced a Fokker 100, which was the most cost-effective option and could easily accommodate the 80 passengers and their instruments; and negotiated with the operator to ensure we could reschedule if there were any further logistical obstacles. Finally, we arranged for each member of the group to undergo a Covid-19 test before travelling.
